David. J. Wolfson began his career with a passion to be a world renowned chef. So much so, that he was enrolled at the New York Culinary Institute prior to shifting his career to public accounting. Mr. Wolfson has spent over twenty years in the public accounting field where he has performed tax, accounting and advisory services for a diverse group of clientele.

In addition to Mr. Wolfson's experience in public accounting, he spent several years as the chief financial officer of a publicly traded ice cream manufacturer and distributor.

Mr. Wolfson is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton, with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the New York State Restaurant Association. He has been a guest lecturer and has had several published articles with regard to his restaurant expertise. Mr. Wolfson is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
