Robert Siegel provides tax planning and consulting services to a diverse group of public and private clients in manufacturing, real estate, technology, professional services, construction, retail and financial service industries.

Mr. Siegel has extensive experience in the area of FAS 109 and auditing tax provisions. He also serves as an outsource tax director to various companies where he prepares the FAS 109 work papers, financial statement footnotes and disclosures to be provided to their auditors. His experience includes partnership taxation, trusts and family tax planning and high-net worth individuals.

Mr. Siegel has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the State Tax Resource Group, where Mr. Siegel has served as a Chairman for the Directors' Subcommittee.
